PMO/Programme Manager Officer

PMO expert required by telecoms giant in Brussels to work and report into C -level personel, will be required to provide an information hub for the program and supports the program manager in day-to-day management of the program

Duties and responsibilities
Advises and supports on program decisions
Creates the Project Management Plan under the guidance of the Program Manager
Defines the implementation methodology structured around project phases, processes, activities & deliverables, RACI
Executes the program governance: create for each project within the program a project charter, organization chart, roles and responsibilities, planning, resource plan, core teams platforms
Organize transversal reporting of all programs/projects and reports on inconsistencies/risks
Contribute to business case and maintains the budget overview & consumption for each project
Manages the change control process
Ensures contract execution, a.o. follows-up on project acceptance strategy and formalizes acceptance
