Projektbeschreibung

Executing a strategic and multi-year initiative to standardize technical platform in the 14, 000 restaurants world-wide. Each restaurant represents a mini-data center with multiple devices, own serves, network and internal data movement that enable robust functionality to serve customers and energize the crew.
Operational changes are happening at a pace that mandates increased agility in the area of software upgrades. The IT Restaurants (ITR) Deployment Services and ITR Restaurants Technology developed set of tools and processes to enable remote upgrades of the software. The capability is essential to minimize number of version variations in Areas of the World (AOW), lower the deployment cost (no store visit) and accelerate delivery of upgrades and enhancements to restaurants.
ITR team is looking for an energetic, technically capable and organized individual who will take the remote upgrade capabilities to next level and evolve standard processes and tools to drive adoption and efficiency across the globe.

Role:
Successful candidate will:
1. Sustain current practice and enable market adoption (become CoE for remote upgrade)
2. Evolve products/tools and service/process to align with technology advancements (MS platform) and market needs (small vs. large markets, remote upgrade for different ITR products)
3. Implement remote upgrade portal for global use

KPIs:
1. Number of markets that establish competency and/or subscribe to remote deployment services
2. Number of products where remote upgradability is available
3. Success rate of remote upgrades in the markets

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities are:
1. Establish Remote Upgrade Portal and own administration and evolution moving forward.
2. Coordination of MSI Requests/Design with 3rd party vendors (development teams)
3. Coordination of MSI Testing with GQA and respective AOW
4. Management of a deployment countdown guide with cooperation from AOW's
5. Ownership and evolution of deployment tools. Ie (DCM, Deployment Portal)
6. Management of a service catalogue
7. Management of end to end engagement by AOW and/or Smaller Markets for remote upgrade
8. Management of end to end remote upgrade process
9. Ongoing management of remote upgrade standards
10. Oversight and consulting for remote upgrade initiatives run by AOWs and markets

Technical Skills
1. Practical, hands on experience with:
a. Microsoft deployment automation tool set (DCM, SCCM, GUM, TAR, MSI)
b. Microsoft Operational Framework (MOF);.Net 2.0
2. Working knowledge of Service Model (Scheduling, AD, DNS, SCOM, WSUS, Help Desk, Data Center)
3. Hands on experience with VB and Java Scripting and XLM.
4. Experience with CMDB concepts and applications.

Functional Skills
1. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities with diverse group of stakeholders
2. Vendor management
3. Ability to create and optimize processes inclusive of role definitions and hand off controls.
4. Strong organizational capabilities are needed to maintain libraries of scripts, reports, etc.
5. Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to various audiences
