MISSION

To successfully manage the crucial HR Transformation Program: delivering significant and substantial change by implementing a new service delivery model for HR and to build an innovative and cost efficient HR organisation.The impact of the program, not only for HR but for the whole bank, makes it a strategic one.

It entails

* Structure: the implementation of a new service delivery model ( more business oriented, less silo's)
* HR process redesign (end to end, simple, lean, customer centric)
* Systems: Improved self service for employees and managers
* Competencies: enhance the key required skills set for the HR organisation of tomorrow
* Change & Communication support to the HR teams & key business stakeholders
* Rebranding of HR

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll manage a strategic program that will run several years. This program has high visibility and executive management attention.

You step in as a program director at the beginning of the HR Transformation Program and you will manage the program for several waves of implementation over the next years. You lead the program team, which will also include HR staff.

As a program director you are accountable for:

* Stakeholder management
* Program organisation and continuity
* Delivery of program objectives, milestones and benefits

CRITERIA

1. You are a seasoned program manager, with proven track record in the implementation of large change programs.
2. You have the ability to structure complex issues into simple and actionable plans.
3. You have a strong affinity & preferably experience with HR processes.
4. Ideally, you have experience in organisational design and/or process reengineering.
5. You have a strong business sense.
6. You have a drive for results and a can do attitude.
7. You have excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels.
8. You are a strong inspiring & engaging communicator with impact and persuasiveness.

BACKGROUND INFO ON TASKS

Set-up of program governance and approach

* Plans and designs the program
* Defines the program's governance framework
* Set-up of the program's Risk & Issue management strategy and plans

Program Implementation

* Gives clear direction, engenders trust, actively engages stakeholders.
* Is the agent on behalf of the program sponsor for successful delivery of the new capabilities and realization of the program benefits.
* Is leading the process of change, being responsible for the day-to-day management of the program.
* Proactively monitors its overall progress and reports progress of the program at regular intervals to the HR Director.
* Manages the program's budget, monitoring the expenditures and costs against benefits that are realized as the program progresses.
* Ensures that the delivery of new products or services from the projects meets program requirements and is to the appropriate quality, on time and within budget.
