Program Coordinator - Technology

Our client is seeking an experienced PROGRAM COORDINATOR -TECHNOLOGY to work with the Program Office Manager and the PMO team to provide support to the Infrastructure workstream. You will facilitate the delivery of the agreed schedule and maintain compliance with all governance and reporting constraints.

Your duties:

- Develop and maintain the baselined workstream schedule
- Consolidation of the schedule within the program wide schedule to ensure all stream interdependencies are known and communicated across the program
- Provide progress reports and communicate early warning indicators should timelines look to slip
- Provide overview of the progress made within the stream and any matters that need reporting to the Program Manager
- Maintain and document all stream dependencies including risk and issue management, drafting change requests and working with the PMO Manager to update the impact on associated benefits
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Provide financial information on actual vs. forecasted spend to the Program Financial Control

Your background:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- A tertiary qualification in project management such as Prince II or Agile
- Prior training and extensive practical experience in project, programme or portfolio management
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Proven experience in handling conflict resolution
