PROGRAM COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in RIDGEFIELD, CT.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for the management of the vendor management program and positions at the client site.
- Works closely with recruiters and sub-vendors as needed to fill the contract positions with the most qualified candidates.
- Responsible for successfully managing the client, supplier and contractor expectations, increase sales and business opportunities where possible and represent the Company as the main point of contact for the client and contract employees.
- Manage relationship with and act as consultant to hiring managers and human resources to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of their job requirements and resolve any issues.
- Identify problems with billing and work with Supplier Manager at reaching resolution.
- Manage payroll to ensure that billing is timely and accurate.
- Work with Service Center and billing departments to resolve issues.
- Work with contractors to resolve any issues with performance or employment.
- Handle terminations, and exit interviews, and coordinate recognition for outstanding performance with the client as requested.
- Maintain relationship with current vendors and work to resolve any working problems with the program.
- Help to create and conduct quarterly vendor forums.
- Work with Director of Operations on special projects and any additional needs.
- Work with new onsites for other sites to help understand the program.
- Ensure proper communication of benefits information, including healthcare, 401k and worker's compensation and safety.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field and two (2) years in the staffing industry, preferably in an on site setting.
- Knowledge of the staffing industry or recruitment process a plus
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Proficient PC Skills including MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
