THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Administrative support
- MS Office - Word Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Oversees implementation of program plan(s).
- Assists in the coordination and management of projects.
- Provides support to maintain project plan, timeline and track resource utilization.
- Prepares reports on project status.
- Meeting management
- Assist with reporting data
- Build Registration Sites
- Assist Team with meeting material management (name badges, welcome packets, signage etc.)
- Track payments for meetings
- Assist onsite at meetings where needed
- Plan smaller meetings or assist Business Partner with planning process as needed (BEOs, Rooming lists, etc.)
- Provide administrative support for purchasing supplies
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Extensive knowledge of word processing and other related office software packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other organization specific databases
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Must be detailed oriented and able to handle various tasks.
- Must be flexible with work schedule and overtime.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Meeting Planning experience a plus
