Title: Coordinator, Tech Programs & Events
Location: Zurich
Duration: 12 Months

Requirements
Business degree or equivalent education
Experience in customer care, budget management, project management and/or negotiation
Experience in administration, team support, basic event management
Strong organizational skills, keen analytical skills to define, implement and present changes
Ability to multitask and self-manage, maintain professional internal and external client relationships, and work with rapidly shifting expectations and time constraints
Excellent verbal and written skills (speaking multiple languages is a plus)
Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully
Experience using Google products including email, calendar, docs and spreadsheets is a plus

Responsibilities
Assist specialists and managers in the development of various outreach programs
Support and coordinate our program of events and sponsorships in EMEA for recruiting and employer branding purposes
Coordinate swag, collateral, marketing materials and online materials (working with vendors or in-house contacts)
Own and develop our leads management process and use metrics to measure the progress and successes of different programs
Effectively run reports and share the information to make recommendations for improvements
