JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Interface with sales, marketing, IT teams to facilitate the exchange of data between sales systems (ie Entering in sales lead data into web forms, tracking the status of those leads, and reporting back periodically to stakeholders on the status, as well as any issues, incongruities, etc.) as well as working with analytics teams to provide visibility into sales data
- Manage marketing and communications projects being handled internally, as well as by various marketing agencies - by managing, this means some level of project management including setting timelines, managing revision cycles with agencies, socializing creative content with client teams and aggregating feedback, making marketing style and copy recommendations
- Fielding program information requests and responding to those requests

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Ability to manage multiple details, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Organizational skills
- Ability to write well and frame marketing messages
- Ability to critique and guide marketing agencies on various marketing projects
- Ability to craft and present presentations relating to project updates, recommendations, and results
- Marketing agency experience a plus and/or a client-side job that required work with marketing agencies
