Program Communication Manager and Planner

Harvey Nash is looking for a Program Communication Manager and Planner for a 2 + month project in Switzerland.

You are responsible for

. Supporting the program manager to establish/improve the program governance
. Developing communication plan and prepare communication package for different program stakeholders
. Tracking the status of the different project that are part of the Digital Program
. Writing reports on the project for management and Program Sponsor
. Working on Reporting using MS Office, Google Suite and Smartsheet

Requirements

. Good knowledge of Project Management with at least 6 years experience within that area (Reporting, Stakeholder management and communications)
. Digital marketing (Email marketing campaigns and web initiatives/portal implementation)
. Experience in multichannel projects (CRM/Digital)
. Excellent communication skills
. Good knowledge in Google Suite - Google Sites and Google+
. Business English is required
. Smartsheet
