Program Change Manager - Business Risk and Control

Main Duties
This role is within the Americas Business Risk and Control oganization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering WIM-As top priority business control uplift plan in collaboration with 12 accountable executives (AEs). The successful candidate will proactively work with the AEs to identify risks, especially those that are cross-work stream, and resolve before they become issues, as well as manage cross-work stream dependencies so that the plans are delivered on schedule, with zero slippage. Utilizing status reporting and regular communications with the AEs, he/she will assess and report on the health of the program to key stakeholders. He/she will syndicate and communicate a clear program vision and mandate, helping to bring about cultural change.

* Implement internal program management practices needed to ensure effective management, monitoring and reporting on all deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
* Actively manage the program on a day to day basis, resolving or escalating issues, decisions and actions as needed
* Establish and facilitate or chair program governance including steering committees and working groups as needed to oversee all aspects of the program
* Communicate the purpose, status and issues on an on-going basis leveraging multiple communication vehicles as appropriate for all stakeholder groups
* Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and reporting requirements
* Collaborate with and influence all stakeholder groups to ensure that the program is appropriately staffed and that conflicts are appropriately resolved

Person Requirements
Basic Qualifications:

* BA/BS Degree is required.
* Business, risk, compliance or regulatory control transformation experience
* 5+ years of program and project management experience.
* 8+ years of professional experience within the financial industry, optimally within a Wealth Management division.
* Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of industry standard methodologies such as ITIL, PMI, and COBIT.
* Portfolio, financial, and business management experience.
