Program Benefits Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to define and establish Benefits Management strategies.

You will have the following skills and experience:

- Proven experience with defining and establishing Benefits Management Strategies
- Proven experience creating Benefits Maps showing how benefits relate to each other and to the project outputs and business changes that will enable them to be achieved.
- Produce a Benefit Realisation Plan to schedule the benefits measurement activities and Benefit Reviews to enable tracking of the realisation of benefits across the programme
- Benefit Reviews involving relevant stakeholders to establish the extent to which benefits have been realised to date and are likely to be in the future
- Maintain the centre of expertise in benefits realisation within the program
- Identify and quantify benefits and to ensure that transition plans are designed and executed so that the enabling capability and culture is properly Embedded into business operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working effectively within a team
