Program Analyst, Urgent Start, CBD (S42)

- WORK WITH THE PRINCIPAL MANAGER ON A LARGE IMPLEMENTATION
- 6 MONTH CONTRACT IN THE CBD
- TO $700-730/DAY

Large government department is looking for a PROGRAM ANALYST/PROGRAM COORDINATOR to work on a large implementation project where you will be responsible for project implementation activities and ensuring the performance and efficiency is maintained and the program implementation is on target.

AS PROGRAM ANALYST YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Reviewing the risks and issues that impact the implementation of the program, including mitigation and resolution activities
- Assists the delivery of all allocated milestones and tracking associated activities
- Actively track the budget and expenses, and forecasts
- Assists in long-term financial forecast of budgets
- Analyse all high level schedules, risks, program status reports

TO BE CONSIDERED AS PROGRAM ANALYST FOR THIS POSITION YOU WILL HAVE

- Previous 5+ years in a similar role as Program Analyst
- Experience across business, people and processes impact identification, analysis, planning and management
- Strong Scheduling skills
- Financials, budgets, forecasting experience
- Coordination of implementation activities across multiple stakeholders
- strong Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
