YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Book meetings, meeting rooms and catering
- Manage stationary and the induction of new starters
- Attend the appropriate program, project forums and meetings and takes minutes
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting documentation, and general communications
- Assist with general project administration and governance, including updating action items, risks and issues, support with project status reports and document management
- Support the Program Director including diary management
- Assist with the collection of information, such as weekly timesheets for both internal & external project resources
- Provide support to all PMO functions including planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication and maintaining standards, processes, toolsets and procedures for use by the program.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Proven demonstrated experience as a Project Administrator within large scale corporate business or programs with experience in a Data Centre transformation initiative
- High level presentation, written and oral communication skills
- In-depth understanding of the program/project environment
- Experience in communicating with employees of all levels and across multiple projects
- Expert level competency with the PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet competing deadlines
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations as required
