Role Description/Background Required:
As part of planning activities in building a new business model within the IT department, new Role & Job-Descriptions (content) based on available templates (frame) will need to be documented. S/he will be working in the project office and act as primary contact for the subject matter experts in the concerned domain. We are looking for a candidate who has experience with IT and is experienced in developing, writing, and editing Role Descriptions, Job Descriptions, as well as creating instruction documents, presentations, reports and manuals. We are NOT looking for an HR recruiter or technical Writer (eg writing IT SOP's) but a fast learner with a good understanding for the IT environment and with proven experience in writing IT Role and Job Descriptions.

Tasks:
- Writing of Informatics Role and Job Descriptions based on available lists of Activities/Tasks per Role.
- Further development of drafted concepts explaining.
- Responsible for creation of supporting material (eg instruction documents, presentations proposals, reports and manuals)

Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in an appropriately relevant area.
- Experienced in developing, writing, and editing of Role Descriptions, Job Descriptions, reports, manuals, proposals, presentations and instruction documents.
- Sound knowledge of relevant methodologies, standards (eg SFIA Foundation Framework) and processes.
- C2-level proficiency (written & verbal) in English.
- Ability and eagerness to interact with a variety of stakeholders and internal IT Project partners.
- Ability to think conceptually whilst delivering on detailed outcomes.
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fast learner, efficient, detailed oriented.

Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of/experience in using the SFIA Foundation Framework.
- ITIL
- Working Experience in the IT support field.

Language Skills:
Must have fluent English, both written & spoken. German is nice to have.
