Our client, an international pharmaceutical company, is looking for you!

The Technical Lead SW Development will be responsible for implementing technical solutions to enable internal Diagnostics Research & Development business capabilities. You are accountable for the successful implementation of technical solutions through effective planning and execution throughout all phases of our project management methodology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Delivery of the Team Foundation Server upgrades and enhancements
- Creation of scripts, customizations to ensure the Team Foundation Server functionality meets business needs
- Support for Lab Management functionality extended to Hyper-V
- Analyze, design, code and test software to meet business and system requirements
- Adhere to high-quality software development standards
- 3rd level support through monitoring, response to service problems, defect resolution, the creation of automation to prevent problems from recurring
- Development of operating procedures and training of support organizations
- Provide work estimates, identify risks and dependencies for new systems, implementation plans for enhancements, defect fixes
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, drawings, and supporting system documentation
- Participate in technical peer reviews (design reviews, code walkthroughs, test reviews and root cause analysis sessions)

Your Profile:

- Bachelor or Master Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in full software development life cycle from requirements gathering, design, software development, testing and retirement of systems
- 5+ years of C#/Java/Python/Other Object Oriented development
- 5+ years of hands-on support experience with software development tools such as TFS, Visual Studio, HP ALM
- Work experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry
- Demonstrated experience supporting an enterprise-level applications
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements including and computer systems validation
- Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
- Ability to work with team members in other geographic locations, across time zones, across cultures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English speaking)
- Strong collaboration skills, team member
- Customer focused with a passion and drive for delivering business value
