MY DUTIES:

-Delivery of Team Foundation Server upgrades and enhancements
-Create scripts and customizations to ensure Team Foundation Server functionality meets business needs
-Support for Lab Management functionality extended to Hyper-V
-Analyze, design, code and test software to meet business and system requirements
-Adhere to high-quality software development standards
-3rd level support through monitoring, response to service problems, defect resolution, creation of automation to prevent problems from recurring
-Develop operating procedures and train support organizations
-Provide work estimates, identify risks and dependencies for new systems, implementation plans for enhancements, defect fixes
-Maintain and develop technical specifications, drawings, and supporting system documentation
-Participate in technical peer reviews (design reviews, code walkthroughs, test reviews and root cause analysis sessions)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications or related field
-Profound work experience in full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, software development, testing and retirement of systems
-Very good knowledge of C#/Java/Python/Other Object Oriented development
-Good hands-on support know-how with software development tools such as TFS, Visual Studio, HP ALM
-Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry
-Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level applications
-Knowledge of regulatory requirements including computer systems validation
