IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Act as IT Business Partner, working closely with customers and provide 2nd level support for laboratory systems
-Coordinate activities with IT partners to ensure services are met
-Ensure that operational work, project related activities and on-call services are performed optimally
-Provide application management and support
-Guaranty operational stability and effectiveness of multiple applications
-Contribute to core business and informatics processes and solutions to support processes and solutions
-Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery
-Resolve/escalate problems for resolution when appropriate
-Maintain and develop process and technical knowledge and train others within the domain

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated environments
-Working knowledge regarding business processes in the manufacturing and laboratory environment
-Validation know-how regarding working in a project environment with ITIL
-Previous experience in system installation and maintenance of operation systems, hardware and peripheral devices, e.g. bar code scanner, printer etc.
-Strong technical skills in various operating systems
-Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, Windows 7/Windows XP
-Excellent communication skills, fluency in German and English
-Service oriented attitude, ability to communicate with customers in emergency situations
