MY DUTIES:

-Provide business support to the company's global serialization systems (e.g. SAP ATTP) as well as impacted interfacing systems such as LAETUS, ERP, SNC, etc.
-System lifecycle management including requirements gathering, impact assessments, evaluation and design of system change requests, user requirements specification, testing and training
-Drive for global consistency and harmonization of the serialization solution as well as integration into the internal landscape
-Interact with and support the future projects to further deploy the capabilities into world-wide markets on system and process level

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound experience in the serialization, production and distribution business processes and related systems (i.e. SAP ATTP (advanced track and trace program), ERP, MES)
-Good understanding of master data concept and tools
-Willingness and ability to analyze technical matters, developing recommendations and strategies and pursue implementation of the same in a global, distributed environment
-Track record of timely high-quality achievement of deliverables, experience working with teams of business and technical resources
-Degree in engineering or a technology domain or equivalent experience
-Flexible to work with users in global time zones; willingness to travel (up to 10%)
-Fluent in English, German is highly desirable
-Ability to engage with different stakeholders, team leaders and seniors
