Professional Services ICMS Analyst Programmer/Programmer Analyst

Location: Riyad, Saudi Arabia

SALARY: COMPETETIVE SALARY, FULLY PAID RELOCATION AND ACCOMODATION

THE COMPANY
Fixed 3 year contract working for a leading BSS Vendor.

THE ROLE

- Member of the development and enhancement team of ICMS application
- Write technical specification based on user's functional requirements
- Develop ICMS code based on approved technical specifications
- Perform configuration of ICMS accordance with the approved specifications
- Participate in meetings with customer to capture business requirements
- Perform system integration, design, development and testing of interfaces between ICMS and other external systems
- Performs User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the newly developed program enhancement according to the business requirements specifications
- Document implementation requirements, test scenarios, and test cases
- Compose program/system documents and review documents of other team members
- Support data migration and Go-Live activities
- Meet commitments to the customer (scope, deliverables, schedule & quality)
- Cooperate closely with customer representatives and other teams within Comverse

THE INDIVIDUAL

- At least 3-5 years of recent experience with implementation of ICMS Billing and Customer care solutions
- Knowledge of ICMS delivery methodologies/processes (requirements, design, implementation and test)
- Strong knowledge of AS400 operating system
