I am URGENTLY seeking a Professional Service Team Lead for a Service Provider based in Cape town. I am looking for candidates who are able to interview face to face in Cape town.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
*Lead and manage the deployment managers, project managers and senior project managers.
*Manage KPIs, career development and leave applications for the deployment managers, project managers and senior project managers.
*Providing the appropriate guidance and mentorship to the deployment managers, project managers and senior project managers throughout the delivery of their projects.
*Overall accountability for time capturing for the deployment managers, project managers and senior project managers, driving compliance and ensuring time is captured correctly and on time.
*Provide accurate forecast information to the Resources Team Lead and Managed Services Team Lead of project requirements for resources and handover of projects into operations.
*Building an amicable and effective working relationship with the Account Managers, Architects and presales teams to ensure an all-encompassing forecasting function is performed in conjunction with the Sales and Architectural teams of projects in the pipeline.
*Ensuring the Project Team's adherence to all DD, LOB, PSO and PMO policies and procedures as well as contributing to the improvement of all said policies and procedures where applicable.
*Performing the required project reviews and ensuring greater than 80% compliance (on average) per month.
*Ensure that all project financial and progress information for the project team as a whole is accurate, up to date and published to all relevant stakeholders.
*Work closely with the deployment managers, projects managers and senior project managers to ensure all PS forecast and billing targets are met on a monthly basis.
