Professional Service Industry Analyst - Darwin Recruitment is currently working with a market leading Telecoms company who is looking to expand their professional services department.
Responsibility:
Competitive analysis: Competitive information collection and analysis, drive professional services strategy and solution planning. Focus on Telecom professional service area, such as Consulting, System Integration, Managed Service, etc, including marketing strategy, solution, product portfolios, tools, organization and process, etc.
Industry analysis: Tracking the industry's dynamic information, prepare in-depth analysis of the professional services industry trends and business mode, identify market opportunities and risks
Solution planning support: Understand and consolidate top tier operators' key professional service solutions requirements, deploy some pre-study in specific topics, drive service solution planning.
Requirements for candidates :
With global service experience from Telecoms vendors at least 8 years experience), especially ever responsible for service strategy planning and operation, service business mode research and innovation, or service solution development, etc;
With deep understanding in Telecom industry, be sensitive with the industry trend, understand Telecom network operation and business management;
Know how to make service strategy, how to collect information and make intelligent analysis independently
At least experienced in one or more of these topics/areas: Cloud Computing/Data Centre/CEM (Customer Experience Management)/Consulting & system integration/Managed Service
