IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Ensure successful project delivery in line with defined success factors
-Co-create integrated work breakdown structure and schedule (setting key milestones)
-Build strong partnership and interact with leadership team members located in Europe
-Support detail planning of the project
-Design, setup and run the appropriate governance & controls
-Make sure project reporting and communication is effective and consistent to business and IT decision makers
-Execute appropriate project management processes in order to meet defined success criteria
-Follow-up on risks, actions & decisions
-Responsible for all project requirements and/or objectives being documented

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Recognized knowledge of, and hands-on experience with Project Management methodologies, languages, standards and processes
-Profound experience in project delivery preferably with broad industry exposure
-Experience in leading one or more organizational project within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements
-Financial affinity to understand business cases and perform budget tracking
-Very good experience in communication and change management
-Proven track record in leading virtual teams in multi-cultural environments
-Ability to push without offending and to create and lead high performing project teams
-Knowledge and experience with IT/IS governance processes
-Strong interpersonal skills (challenge is to build connection and trust with different interaction partners)
-Fluency in English
