IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support and drive knowledge management (KM) activities inside Pharma Technical Development with focus on IT processes and tools qualification
-Be part of change management projects in production with a strong IT component
-Establish centralized document management processes and tools for an organization
-Delegate work streams to candidates
-Scope, plan and execute in alignment with team

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Broad experience with processes and information flow in pharmaceutical development
-Profound experience cof management and/or development of document management systems (GxP)
-Profound experience of project management experience with mid-size projects ( 10-50 team members)
-Native in either German or English with a strong professional proficiency for the other language
-Self-motivated and being able to identify issues and work independently
-Willing to work within a global organization and late in the evening (TC/VC with US west coast)
-Proven ability to steer lateral teams in a complex and dynamic environment
-Bachelor / Master in Computer Science
-PM certification
-Experience in Knowledge Management
-Technical understanding of trends and principles of information management with a focus on document management (Documentum, Sharepoint, online services)
