PROFESSIONAL PROJECT MANAGER - CSV - GXP - IT PROJECT DELIVERY - LEADING PROJECTS & TEAMS
We currently have an opportunity for a PROFESSIONAL PROJECT MANAGER to take over a project and ensure its successful delivery to business in time (during next 6 months). The project includes complex solutions - including GxP solutions - supporting a variety of business customers and business requirements (the solution is a software).
You will be leading the project as well as the people in the project team and act more as a Project Lead. Ideally you should have good leadership skills and speaks perfectly English.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading, planning, managing, and directing medium to large/complex projects and project teams according to the Project Management standards and overall client's standards
Ensuring project's timely and qualitative delivery on schedule, scope & budget to achieve the project's objectives and benefits
Preparing and maintaining project plans (activities, schedules), and providing regular project status reports
Tracking project progress with respect to schedule, scope & budget, and demonstrated project benefits, recognizing out of line situations and take measures to bring project back on track
Resolving scope, schedule, resource and financial conflicts
Delivering complex solutions (including GxP solutions) supporting a variety of business customers and business requirements
Communicating with all stakeholders, management and project team as defined in the project communication plan
Acting as a consultant to business as well as Informatics management
Ensuring quality of appropriate CSV and PMM documentation including technical system
MUST HAVES:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Informatics Project Management
- 5 to 7 years of experience in leading both IT projects and teams (leadership skills)
- Experience with Project Delivery in the IT area
- Experience with validated systems (CSV/GxP)
- PM certified (eg PMP or Prince2)
- Experience with running Agile Projects (should be visible in the last projects/last 7 years)
- Excellent English (verbal and written)
- Communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work with global teams across different time zones
PLEASE NOTE, CANDIDATES WITH OVER 9 YEARS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WILL BE OVER QUALIFIED FOR THIS SPECIFIC ROLE.
