IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Actively support Project Manager and carry out project controlling activities
-Drive completion of formal Project Management methodology deliverables such as project charter, system risk assessment and data classification
-Follow-up on and coordinate IT activities
-Schedule, host and attend meetings, take meeting minutes, capture actions, risk, issues, decisions and dependencies
-Act as document librarian and control document lifecycle (Condor administrator)
-Support PM with drafting project plan (including business activities) in smartsheet
-Track and update Risks, Issues and Actions within relevant tool as well as report on overdue items
-Collaborate effectively with project team members - i.e. with Business PMO
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound working knowledge as project coordinator or similar role
-Project Management foundation certificate (PMI, Prince2, or similar)
-ITIL Foundation certificate
-Good experience in Google mail and other Google products, user experience with Clarity and Ariba as well as proficient with MS Office tools
-Experience working in multi-cultural, global work teams
-Great follow-up and follow-through thinking and attention to details
-Self-starter, result-oriented and track record of timely, high-quality deliverable
-Fluency in English (written and spoken)
-Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or other validated environment is a plus
