We are looking for a PROFESSIONAL PROJECT ASSISTANT with Experience inthe PHARMACEUTICAL industry. One of the biggest international pharmaceutical companies with HQ in Basel is looking for you

This is a 50% contracting position starting in September until the end of July 2017.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of the person we looking for will assigned to the global deployment of Serialization and Traceability program and more particularly to the IT and EU project scope. The program of serialization and traceability started several years ago and they are now in the phase of deploying the solutions built. This is a project which involves interaction to global, regional as well as local affiliates project members. The process scope is cross functional with its main focus on the SUPPLY CHAIN and LOGISTICS AREA. This project support role will be assigned to the IT project manager responsible for the roll-out and will work closely with another project management support person. THIS ROLE IS A HALF-TIME ASSIGNMENT.

YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCES ARE:

- Recognized expert-level knowledge in project management office
- 3+ YEARS of experience as project assistants in an IT environment.
- Previous experience within a Roche IT Project Office is highly valuable.
- Excellent English skills in speaking and writing.
- Used to work in a complex environment (business, systems, policies, etc.).
