NextLink is a SAP Service Company created in 1996. Through our offices in London, Lausanne, Basel, London, Barcelona and Bangalore we support around 60 big companies in implementing SAP based solutions.

NextLink is currently looking for a PROFESSIONAL PROJECT ASSISTANT (HCM) to work for a well-known pharma company based in Basel, Switzerland.

BACKGROUND:

What is Workday?
Workday is a Cloud-based IT platform that has been selected as our client's future HR solution. Workday introduces a simplified, intuitive, Real Time work model that offers employee centric and efficient HR experiences.

What are the benefits of Workday?
Workday provides standardized, agile processes that are easy to access - anywhere, anytime, on all devices and by anybody - thus fostering self-service and providing easy-to-access information. HR Business Partners, managers and employees will benefit from simplified processes that have been set up based on their own experiences. These processes will give HR Business Partners and managers a better insight to analytical data for fact-based decision making. Employees will be freed from unnecessary administrative burden and can focus on their core activities.

What is Workday Implementation project scope?
For the Workday implementation project the global HR processes are in scope including recruiting, compensation, performance management, talent development. In the course of the project, these processes will be reviewed to be simplified and designed to reflect comprehensive user experiences.

TASKS:
Coming close to the end of the delivery phase of the project we need to ensure that all deliverables are done in a quality that ensures they serve their purpose.

For the deliverables with regards to documentation we are seeking a short-term support that will help with:

- Ensuring consistency in the process documentations
- Creating additional simplified process documentations for the most critical HR business processes
- Ensure consistency within the requirements document (and supporting material) and support the different delivery teams with the simplifying the document

MUST HAVES:

- Knowledge of PMM methodology
- General knowledge of HR processes
- Experience in multinational Matrix organizations
- Fluent in English

NICE TO HAVES:

- Preferred experience with HR/IT
- Knowledge of business process modelling
