Professional Organizational Change Manager (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Lead change management activities of a complex organizational transformation programme where several project streams will be going in parallel
-Deliver change management related documentation including an OCM plan, communication plan, stakeholder analysis etc.
-Coordinate reporting of OCM activities
-Coordinate activities of the implementation core team members in remote locations
-Work closely with stakeholders to ensure desired outcome is clear and successfully delivered

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound organizational change management experience in technology area
-Good knowledge and hands-on experience of Change Management methodologies and processes
-Fluency in English (verbal and written)
-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Work experience with remote teams
