IHRE AUFGABEN:
-First point of contact for simple fault clearance or forwarding fault reports and operational messages to users
-Informing and supporting users in the event of system failures
-Localizing and eliminating error conditions in the areas of hardware, software
-Evaluating, allocating, installing and maintaining new hardware, software (operating system, standard software, applications) and communication components
-Instructing users how to handle the equipment
-Maintaining a technical inventory of all installed and stored hardware, software
-Accepting all kinds of queries and fault reports
-Moving and equipping workstations
-Initiating repairs and replacement of defective hardware
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Advanced work experience in 1st Level or deskside support in complex environments
-Good knowledge of Windows 7, Office 2010, Web Browsers Mac and iOS devices
-Know how working in Active Directory Environments
-Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and other industry standard protocols
-German and English spoken and written skills
-ITIL foundation certificate is a plus
