Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for a Professional Helpdesk Agent/Technician for a 10 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate to do telephone, as well as onsite support.
You are responsible for
. Accepting all kinds of queries and fault reports
. Informing and supporting users in the event of system failures
. simple fault clearance or forwarding fault reports and operational messages to users
. Evaluating, allocating, installing and maintaining new hardware, software (operating system, standard software, applications) and communication components
. Moving and equipping workstations
. Instructing users how to handle the equipment
. Initiating repairs and replacement of defective hardware
. Localizing and eliminating error conditions in the areas of hardware, software
. Maintaining a technical inventory of all installed and stored hardware, software
Requirements
. At least 2 years experience within 1st Level or deskside support
. Minimum of 2 years experience with Active Directory and Ethernet
. 2 years work experience and a good knowledge of Windows 7, Office 2007 to 2010, Mac and iOS devices
. A good understanding of TCP/IP
. Good German and English spoken and written skills
. ITIL foundation certificate is a plus
