 We are pleased to present this opportunity to you on behalf of our client. They are one of the world's most reputable, Pharmaceutical institutions. This is a great opportunity as you will be one of the key people in a large project and will have good exposure in the business.

Background

Team's accountability about operational support expanded since Jan 2016 - new global applications, previously support by DIA IT, now are to be supported by Source to Pay (S2P IT).
In addition team-setup has changed since Jan 2016 with the consequence that key team members previously focusing on operational support tasks, after a short transition period no longer will focus on OPs-deliverables
Mainly impacted the delivery service management for Legacy applications like ARIBA 8 & ARIBA 9
Compared to ARIBA newer cross-divisional applications to provide support for are I2P (SAP OPENTEXT-add on, in OPs mode since mid 2015) and SAP-CLM (in OPs-mode since mid 2015)
Coming soon on top will be cross-divisional SAP SRM, SAP SLC and cross-divisional FIELDGLASS (temp. labor management. tool)

Tasks

To actively support the Service Manager with day-to-day task execution
Cross-application ticket monitoring (including follow up on KPI reporting)
Impact assessment of external initiatives on the S2P Components
Ensuring delivery of small projects (like enhancements)
Contribute to set-up of HP SM (ticketing tool used as well for Change
Control) for the Global IT Processes
Support meeting organization, meeting minutes & follow up-monitoring,
Draft project plan (including business activities) in SMARTSHEETS and
maintain these plans
Actively drive operational support-deliverables in line with established procedures and what is applied already for Legacy applications
Actively liaise with delivery partners (eg ADMD, other ERP-teams)
Actively liaise with Business partners (ARIBA P2P Support, I2P/R2R
Small Site Solution Business Support, CLM IT/Business Support, xR2R Business Support)
Define and implement a global documentation approach for Operations

Requirements

At least 3-4 years' experience as Delivery Service Manager/-coordinator or at least as a coordinator
Project Management foundation certificate (PMI, Prince2, or similar)
ITIL Foundation certificate
SAP background, ideally about procurement &/contracting (MM, SRM, CLM) and their integration into Finance (Account Payables)
Speaking and writing fluently in English is a must, German on advantage
Good experience in Google products and proficient with MS Office tools
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other validated environment
