IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Actively support service manager with day-to-day task execution
-Cross-application ticket monitoring as well as follow up on KPI reporting
-Impact assessment of external initiatives on S2P components
-Ensuring delivery of small projects like enhancements and contribute to set-up of HPSM for global IT processes
-Support meeting organization, meeting minutes & follow up-monitoring,
-Draft project plan (including business activities) in SMARTSHEETS and maintain these plans
-Drive operational support-deliverables in line with established procedures and what is already applied for legacy applications
-Actively liaise with delivery partners as well as with business partners
-Small site solution business support, CLM IT / business support, xR2R business support
-Define and implement global documentation approach for operations¬
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound experience as delivery service manager or as coordinator
-project management foundation certificate (PMI, Prince2, or similar)
-ITIL foundation certificate
-SAP background, ideally in procurement / contracting (MM, SRM, CLM) and their integration into Finance (account payables)
-Good experience in Google products and proficient with MS Office tools
-Working experience in pharma, biotech or other validated environment is a plus
-Proficiency in English
-German is an asset
