We are currently looking for a Professional Change Management and Communication.
For a global informatics project, which will deploy a global video streaming and video-on-demand solution and portal accessible to all client's users, we are looking for a specialist in following three areas: training, communication and change management.
The consultant has the main following tasks:
Support the Project Work stream Change Management & Communications Lead with various planning and coordination activities relating to change management, communications and training
Provide inputs to the respective strategies for change management and communication and training
Create and review communication materials for end-users and specific user groups according to the communications strategy
Implement various change management measures in alignment with the Workstream Lead
Create internal training materials for internal support processes (incident management, signing up for training etc.)
Review training materials provided by the vendor together with the Training Solution Manager against the Training Concept
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in as a Communications Specialist within IT area
Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language - English essential, other languages definitely a plus eg German, Spanish and French
Experience in writing and creating communications materials
Experience in providing training to users eg as an IT Trainer - the candidate would not need to carry out trainings, but to prepare the training material
Strong customer service orientation
Nice to Haves:
+++ Pharma experience
+++ Experience with training, change management and communications in large global IT projects
+++ Experience with international projects
++ Certification in PROSCI Organization Change Management/Familiar with the ADKAR Model
+ Degree in Communications
50% position
Travels might be required up to 25% within Europe, but it would need to be approved.
Remote work is possible up to two or three days/week upon approval
An extension might be possible.
