Professional Business Analyst in Supply Chain Management (BI/BW)

Our client, a major pharmaceutical company based in the Basel area, is looking for a talented PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ANALYST IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (BI/BW). This is a contract role until the end of June 2018.

PURPOSE:

- The role of the contractor is to be the Coordinator between business and IT as a Business Warehouse Specialist.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible of coordinating solutions between business and IT (offshore team)
- Analyzing and designing Back End/Front End solutions
- Work based on Jira process and ticketing (documentation)
- Refine solutions to become more agile

MUST HAVES:

- 7 years of BW experience (eg ideally as Business Analyst, must be visible in the projects)
- SAP BW Certified
- SAP Hana Certified
- SAP Logistics Certification (at least one module- preferred SD)
- Experience/Knowledge in the areas around SD, MM, PM, QM, FI-CO, ABAP
- BW Planning tools (BSP, IP and BPC), insight on IBP
- Pharmaceutical experience (ideally over 5 years)
- Great team player
- Standalone (can do RCA in system(s)
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record of decision taking and escalations handling
- Great customer focus skills and attention to details (proactive, communicative and a thinker )
- Great communication skills (excellent English language skills)

NICE TO HAVES:

- Excellent knowledge in BW: BI Architecture, Data Modeling, Design and Build, ABAP
- SAP Design Studio
- Excellent knowledge BI LSA and development guidelines
- Additional SAP Certifications
