Professional Business Analyst (HCM) - 50% (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Support the gathering and analysis of business and functional requirements and collaborate closely with stakeholders and project core team to understand the process and requirements in order to improve end user satisfaction
-Align priorities of changes in the global learning area, being mindful of the application life cycle
-Coordinate solution definition and design phase to ensure mutual understanding of what is needed versus what can be implemented
-Ensure the development and evaluation of different solution proposals (IT and process) in matters of end user satisfaction, security, functionality, quality and economic efficiency as the basis for decision-making
-Partner with other IT resources, stakeholders, user communities and vendors to determine viable cost effective solutions
-Proactively support the definition of process chains and business process re-engineering, and point out their implementation possibilities
-Ensure the integrity of the global learning business process and systems above and beyond system boundaries and ensure that changes and localisations are aligned globally and not in conflict with the global template
-Prepare and delivery of project documentation (e.g. URS, Functional Specification)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Proven Senior experience in IT business analysis and good understanding of business processes
-Analyzing business requirements and create a use case in time at high quality
-Quick understanding of any kind of application (Cornerstone LMS highly desired)
-Good understanding of Middleware technologies (especially TIBCO) and API/Web services (SOAP, REST)
-Good documentation and specification skills (ex. functional specifications) and analytical skills
-Capability to design the test plan/test scripts
-Fluency in English
