-Understand and help the project team
-Elicit requirements
-Requirements organization
-Simplify requirements and validation
-Requirements management (including contradictory ones) and communication
-Requirements analysis
-Recommend workaround

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Proven experience in an IT environment with focus on business analysis and/or resolving customer’s problems
-Knowledge of Business Analysis Techniques and GxP experience
-Customer-focused project experience
-Ability to gather, document and analyze requirements
-Experience with interacting with business stakeholders in order to understand their needs
-Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions, teamwork and organizational skills
-Ability to influence decision making through analysis
-Very good communication skills in English
-Problem solvingdevelopment and testing will be done by other teams so previous experience/exposure to business partners is quite important.
