IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Lead collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements (defining affected business processes, IT-systems and roles) in line with company standards/PMM approach
-Where there are already defined requirements, revalidate these to ensure business case is still valid
-Update/prepare project charter and other mandatory deliverables supporting relevant PMM phases together with Informatics Project Manager (IPM)
-Work with delivery and project team to ensure that end solution is consistent with URS (User Requirements Specification) and Business needs
-Capture Operational Support Model requirements, obligations, constraints and define underpinning sub processes
-Create as-is and to-be process models and associated information/control flows to represent business processes for area under analysis
-Support creation of end-to-end test scenarios and define KPIs with view to demonstrating gains through actual process improvements
-Document discussions (meeting minutes) and circulate to group and obtain sign off to ensure all stakeholders are on same page with regards to any issues
-Provide inputs in developing solution architecture and design and collaborate across functions to determine if solutions currently exist (internally or externally) or whether new solutions are feasible to meet requirements
-Support assessment of dependencies, potential issues and risks

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience as Business Analyst, background ideally gained in Life Sciences domain
-Extensive experience in Validation and GxP area as well knowledge of PMM or similar methodologies (PMI)
-Know-how of cloud based CRM technologies (Salesforce and possibly also Pega with AWS), Master data management, system integration (i.e. with SAP, Oracle based systems) and Business Objects reporting
-Background of working within AGILE project environments /using JIRA/ globally distributed teams
-Have necessary technical appreciate to work effectively with company IT Architectural community (exposure to TOGAF is a positive)
-Proficiency in analysing, documenting and redesigning Business Process Models with ability to reify and measure success of said processes
-Hold or be working towards Business Analyst accreditation (i.e BCS, IIBA CCBA or CBAP) is a plus
-Effective communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
-Ability to guide and work with multiple functional and technical teams
-Fluent in English
