PRODUCTION TEAM ASSISTANT
Experis IT is looking for an PRODUCTION TEAM ASSISTANT to support one of their global Engineering clients in Turgi. Please read the description below and think you are the right candidate for the job then please click apply!
DESCRIPTION:
Working as an assistant to the Production team (team of 7 millennials) consisting of general admin and minor IT related tasks using SAP SD and ERP2. This is a German and English working environment so a fluency in both languages is ESSENTIAL.
RESPONSABILITIES AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Creation of offers including price calculation and tracking of offers
- Quotation requests from suppliers
- Order processing in SAP SD and ERP2, project management, cost planning and monitoring
- Deadline monitoring Purchasing project material Export control
- Coordination of all departments involved in order processing such as engineering, factory, freight forwarding, invoicing, etc.
- Monitoring/handling of customer complaints
- Monitoring Overdues
- Correspondence external/internal SAP documentation, training concept, projects
- Compliance with and improvement of results and deadlines
- Customer service orientated
- Cooperation within the organization (active exchange of relevant information)
- Previous experience in international companies or logistics and supply chain is highly beneficial.
