For a project at our banking client site, we are looking for a

PRODUCTION SUPPORTER (1ST LINE) (2143)

Production Services Switzerland is part of a global organization (GSO) and provides 1st level support for multiple technologies (Windows, Unix/Linux, Oracle and MS-SQL) on a 24/7 basis for systems located in Switzerland.

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

- 24/7 Shift Work
- Incident Management (1st Level Support)
- Change Management (mainly SW-Deployments & script execution)
- Operational Requests (Service Requests, User-/Account Management)

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

- Experience Microsoft Windows Systems Administrator
- Preferably skills in MS-SQL Database Administration
- Ready/willing to learn additional technologies
- READY/WILLING TO WORK IN 24/7 SHIFTS
- Good English
- Motivated & innovative, can-do attitude
- Team Player
- GOOD MS OFFICE SKILLS IS AN ADVANTAGE
- SCRIPTING KNOWLEDGE (VBS, VBA, C#) IS AN ADVANTAGE
