My client, is an international company in the banking sector.

Skills required:
Context
Your function is within the Supply Chain for technical support, to management, Product Management, R&D, NPI and SupplyChain you build a professional relationship with them.
- You monitor activities at their side for solution. On escalation you take ownership over the issue and coordinate the activities with subcontractor, component supplier and the company internal organization.
- You analyze the problem, gather information, launch actions, coordinate and do the follow-up of the progress until solution.
- You support the SupplyChain and organize manufacturing/customization data of products to customers on request.
- You monitor product quality (eg IQC/OQC) and production process performance (eg yield, failure pareto) with the subcontractor. You initiate supplier corrective action reports and do the follow-up of the progress.
- If needed, you realign the company requirements with supplier and subcontractor performance. You perform also the incoming quality check at the company warehouse and release production lots. You organize quality audits on site.
- You are responsible for implementation of product and production process changes with the supplier and subcontractor.
- You work closely together with your colleagues of R you prepare technical product documentation, communicate and verify implementation.
- You are always critical on the efficiency of processes and activities with subcontractors, suppliers and internal organization. You propose, are part of or take the lead in improvement actions for more added value.
- You have the lead or are part of sporadic activities as eg product transfer projects, mould reallocations, cost down actions,

YOUR PROFILE:

- Bachelor/Master in industrial/applied sciences (electro-mechanical)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment of consumer goods
- Communicative.
- Structured in tasks and planning.
- Autonomous in handling an assignment.
- Result driven.
- Quality driven.
- Pro-active in thinking.
- Analytical in problem solving.
- Clear in reporting.
- Flexible.
- Knowledge of Lean principles
- Language: French or Dutch (with passive knowledge of the other language); English (reading/writing).
