Production Support Analyst with .NET Knowledge

PRODUCTION SUPPORT ANALYST WITH .NET KNOWLEDGE WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT IN THE IT SECTOR.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5 years' experience with ASP.NET/VB.NET accompanied by solid knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008, C#.NET, ASP.NET and SSRS reports
- 3 years' working experience with SQL Server preferably 2005/2008
- 2 years' Production Support Experience (2nd level support), as well as experience in Wealth management and private banking
- Outstanding software development and debug/troubleshooting skills
- Adequate knowledge of configuring and supporting software applications
- Competence to research, analyse and recommend improvements to the organisations use of the software applications
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
YOUR TASKS:
- Maintaining, support, and operations of the organisations cluster applications, this includes ensuring functionality and usability of the software applications are aligned with the organisations priorities
- Detecting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system users and providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements
- Performing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly operations tasks required for the ongoing functionality of the software applications
- Programming and debugging duties at a minimum level in order to develop queries/reports of varying complexity and to troubleshoot and fix programmatic issues
