Production Support Analyst Job

WEB PRODUCTION SUPPORT ANALYST needed for a long term contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Bothell, WA.

- Advanced Excel
- SQL
- Extremely proactive approach

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Analyze, troubleshoot and correct Premier production issues and respond to customer escalations.
- Identify and communicate bugs/issues that affect teams before releases.
- Communicate site outages to the Sales Teams
- Assist customers with connecting their internal procurement systems to the Premier experience
- During releases, we verify the fixed CQ tickets as well determine new issues related to the new code
- Resolve issues with orders that did not get shipped to the customer
- Additional responsibilities on a less frequent basis may include, reporting, fraud prevention and enhancing current processes to help the team become more efficient.
- Resolve billing and reporting issues as well as educate other teams on existing functionality

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two (2+) years of experience in an eCommerce or IT related environment
- Solid understanding of computers and applications (Microsoft Office '07)
- Strong Customer Service/People Skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- Maintain customer satisfaction by communicating SLAs and other variables affecting deliverables accurately to set customer expectations.
- Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding profiles, functionality and general content in a timely manner.
- Ability to learn quickly/take initiative
- Must be willing to work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excel/DB Scripting a plus!
- SQLl skills are also a plus
