Production Support Analyst - Implementation Readiness, Finance

A well known finance company requires a Production Support Analyst for an 8+ month contract. You will support the Implementation manager to provide operational acceptance and program compliance within the implementation stream to ensure readiness is achieved.

About the role:

You will provided end to end completion of all criteria around Operational Acceptance and adherence to Compliance aspects of Implementation Readiness. This may include DR Testing and Transition planning through the build test and implementation phases as you bridge the project to production support. Implementation experience is highly desired as you will be supporting the Implementation Manager in the execution of Implementation events.

Essential Experience:

- Solid experience in a production support role
- Experience transitioning a project through the implementation phase
- Solid financial services experience - ideally Asset Mgt/Wealth
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills
- Must be able to work well as part of a team or independently, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills to successfully action critical path tasks
- Able to operate with minimal supervision
