Job description:
A support analyst is required to provide application support to the Credit Risk PB clients (business and IT people). The support analyst will provide support on number of in-house developed or third party applications used by Credit risk department. The various applications within the suite are used to handle, process, and manage loans throughout the credit risk management process chain.
Experience (Technology/Functional):
1) application support experience
2) interest in business process
3) strong apprehension of
* understanding of ITIL processes and guidelines
* Experience with Mainframe/DB2 based applications
* communication skills (English, Italian, German, French)
