Production Supervisor Job

PRODUCTION LINE SUPERVISOR is needed for a CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's client located in Melville, NY.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Manufacturing experience in FDA environment

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- First line supervision.
- Provide direction to packaging personnel.
- Perform line clearances, line releases and monitor filling and packaging lines.
- Perform daily scale calibrations.
- Verify labeling and packaging components.
- Review batch record folders.
- Perform equipment checks and challenges
- Interact with management, mechanics, line workers and QA.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must be able to work flexible shifts: First & Second Shift
- Solid English reading/comprehension skills to understand detailed SOPs and cGMPs.
- Proficient in basic math.
- Ability to maintain a high level of activity
- High School diploma or GED.
