Production Sequence Engineering - Eindhoven

Production Sequence Engineering Position urgently required in Eindhoven (Netherlands).

You will be responsible for engineering the optimal factory/customer install Blue Prints, optimizing for cycle time (critical path) and utilization rate (labor efficiency). Creating Factory Blueprint that contains technical and process dependencies between process steps and contains key parameters per individual process step that affect the factory sequence. Developing in depth understanding of the interaction of Blueprint and sequencer algorithm (QUINTIQ), that creates the factory sequence based on your blueprint, and establishing efficient engineering/departmental processes enabling machine specific work preparation (machine sequence based on specific on-board hardware and customer requirements and factory layout dependencies).

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with in a technical area and have a proven record as a Production Sequencing Engineer with extensive optimization initiated through an engineering angle, and or system engineering experience in a product development environment, and knowledge of combined product/process engineering environment within high tech product area using complex production process designs.
