Production/Manufacturing Supervisor

Analyze staffing requirements and Prepare detailed work assignments for assembly based off of planning schedule on a daily basis

Lead Daily GEMBA's and ensures issues are identified and actions assigned and followed up on for anything that's preventing meeting daily manufacturing goals (Schedule Attainment & Efficiency).

Manage production levels to meet goals throughout the day. Report to management the status of attainment (times will be defined)

Escalate any issues that will prevent meeting daily Schedule Attainment

Determine cause & Track daily issues that affect Schedule Attainment & Efficiency generate reports and review during weekly CI meetings.

Provide guidance and assist with Engineering/Quality in resolving problems

Attend or send representation to the Daily MRB

MONITOR PRODUCTION:

To ensure safety

To ensure product quality

To evaluate and improve work processes.

MANAGE EMPLOYEES:

Motivate employees on a daily basis

Use good communication skills and team development

Provide feedback, coaching and training

Report absenteeism to HR on a daily basis
