Production Manager

Position: Production Manager
Rate: £22-£25 per hour
Location: London
Duration: 3 months

Background:

A world leading organisation within the London area is now on the lookout for a Production Manager on a contract basis.

The Role

You'll be recognised within the role of Production Manager by applying the principles of engineering and manufacturing to current production processes. The role will involve managing approximately 50 employees within the socket winding, connector assembly, EMC testing and machine shop areas.

You

Working as a Production Manager you'll have experience in most of the following;

-Meeting productivity, quality and delivery targets
-Experience managing employees and using different motivation techniques to help raise morale
-Experience working with operational departments across the business; Procurement, Planning, Engineering etc
-Previous experience in an electronic assembly background
-A good knowledge of electronic assembly processes and techniques
-Technical qualification
