There may be a chance that this will become day and night shifts later down the line.
You will be responsible for production team targets, quality and delivery schedules. You will organise people materials and process, documentation and training.
Ideally to apply for this role you will come from a CNC background and qualified to HNC Level within a Mechanical Engineering capacity.
You will need good communication skills, need to be able to analyse and problem solve and have a good track record of this.
You will also need experience of process improvement and lean techniques and strong leadership skills.
