Job Title: Production Integrity Engineer
Location: Egypt; EXPAT
Type: CONTRACT; 28/28 rotation (12 hours/day)
Salary: negotiable+ EXPAT

Company Profile:
My client is one of the leading American operators in the oil and gas industry with operations in the UK North Sea, Middle East, Africa, Gulf of Mexico, Canada, Australia and South America. They have major onshore and offshore operations around the world and with their on-going operations they are seeking a highly experienced Production Integrity Expert to join their team.

Qualifications:
•Degree in a relevant discipline (Integrity, corrosion, materials, chemical)
•Higher education (Masters, Ph.D, Chartered) would be a great asset
•At least 15+ years of experience in oilfield production/integrity
•Intelligent pigging experience
•Extensive knowledge and operational experience in all aspects of production chemistry, including scale, corrosion, wax and hydrate inhibition, reservoir souring and water injection quality management
•Experience with chemical service companies
•Experience working with operators, especially in drilling operations
•Need to have experience with typical oil/gas water processing systems
•Experience onshore working in remote areas (desert) environment
•African experience would be an asset

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Monitor pipeline pigging and cathodic protection program
•Execute and monitor internal corrosion control chemical treatment programs
•Support all activities to mitigate and control matters
•Support field testing activities
•Providing production chemistry assurance to all assets and projects
•Interface with other production chemistry/flow assurance experts to enhance the production system
•Work involves artificial lifts (ESP and rod pump) so should have experience with this method
